2- There is a replacement and return guarantee on all our products for 14 days from receipt, and we are fully responsible for any manufacturing defects that appear during the warranty period.

4- Delivery to Cairo and Alexandria is usually within two working days, and to the cities of Upper Egypt within 3 to 4 working days.

5 - Our products are delivered weekly, from Saturday to Thursday, from 10 am to 6 pm, except for Friday, a holiday.
